Apartment door opening in JLT

- The problem: a clear lock photo and whether the keys are lost, inside or broken.
If your address is in Dubai Marina, JBR or Uptown Dubai, name that location explicitly so the team confirms the correct destination and availability.

Ask what the callout and door-opening quote includes, including labour and any applicable taxes or additional charges. If the lock needs repair or replacement, approve that work and its price separately. Opening the door does not automatically mean replacing it.
